This Town Didn't Want to Be a Radioactive Waste Dump. The Government Is Giving Them No Choice.

PIKETON, OHIO—David and Pam Mills have grown tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and okra on their secluded Appalachian property for about 18 years now.
